She barks appropriately and is experienced with poultry, goats, alpacas, barn cats, other adult dogs and a fantastic mentor for young pups. Skye loves people, especially children. We absolutely love our Zeus and Zora but because of health reasons in our family, we moving and are no longer able to tend to their needs. These two bonded livestock guardian dogs must go together. They work in tandem as one on duty the other rests. They have not been around young children but that shouldn’t be an issue, however their big dog play habits can knock one over. Since they do not require much attention they are suited to work as large livestock guardians. They will bark, and their future home should be suitable for that behavior. These girls are amazing! They do not test fencing, even my 3 foot garden fence. They are incredibly gentle with children and will curl up next to an infant to sleep. OUM Pepper loves her people, is eager to sit for pets and takes her job seriously. She is a very discerning barker, prefers to be outside guarding but will come to the house door to check on her people. OUM Pepper has been exposed to chickens, goats, and alpacas. PAWD Beth is very intelligent, learns quickly and is a perfect balance of independent, yet eager to please. She loves children and is extremely patient and gentle with them.
